Valerie Plame

Valerie Plame is a former operations officer of the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and the wife of former Ambassador Joseph C. Wilson. As the subject of the 2003 Plame affair, also known as the CIA leak scandal, she had her identity as covert officer of the CIA leaked to the press by members of the George W. Bush administration and subsequently made public. Since then, she has published several novels, including Burned (2014) and Blowback (2013), as well as her memoir Fair Game: My Life as a Spy, My Betrayal and the White House (2007), which was later released as a major motion picture.
