Ronza Eddeb is a consultant, researcher, and the co-lead of Twiza Rising, an indigenous, feminist, youth-led collective focusing on community resilience, climate justice, and reproductive health. Her work within the collective centers on designing safe spaces for collective care, raising mental health awareness, and fostering solidarity through knowledge sharing. She participated in regional consultations on women’s empowerment.

In addition to grassroots advocacy, Ronza serves as an external consultant and evaluator for private sector development and economic growth projects, drawing on a background in business law, marketing, and seven years as a legal officer at the Libyan General Consulate in Tunis. Her professional practice focuses on analyzing complex structural systems and designing balanced, community-led development initiatives.
