Raghda Da’boub is a gender justice practitioner with over fifteen years of experience advancing women’s rights in the OPT. She currently serves as Gender Justice Program Manager at Oxfam, where she leads programmes across the West Bank and Gaza focused on Women, Peace and Security, gender-based violence, and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
Her work bridges programming, policy, and advocacy, with a focus on addressing structural barriers to women’s participation and protection in the context of occupation. She collaborates with national and international actors to design and implement initiatives that advance the social, economic, and political rights of women and young people, with particular attention to the intersection of gender and occupation.
