Dilara Gök is the Director and Founder of DG Consultancy and Training, a London-based firm established in 2021 to support the development sector through conflict resolution, research, and strategic intervention. With over a decade of experience in peacebuilding, conflict transformation, and social cohesion, she has designed and implemented various programmes across Türkiye and internationally.

Since 2012, her work has focused on anti-discrimination, mediation, and inclusive dialogue. Her technical expertise includes conducting conflict analysis, designing intervention strategies, and developing educational tools for NGOs, public institutions, and international organizations. Her professional practice combines policy development with field-level engagement, covering local dialogue processes, stakeholder mapping, and adaptive methodologies. She also focuses on the social impacts of displacement and the role of local actors in fostering resilience.

Prior to founding DG Consultancy, she co-founded Conflictus Training and Consultancy, where she led initiatives connecting civil society and local authorities to build peace infrastructure. Dilara is a member of the Mediterranean Women Mediators Network (MWMN) and a founding member of its Turkish Antenna. Additionally, she served as a certified victim-offender mediator at the Istanbul Courthouse between 2016 and 2021, facilitating restorative justice mechanisms.

Currently, she is pursuing an MA in Humanitarianism, Aid, and Conflict at SOAS, University of London. She holds a BA in International Relations from Istanbul University. An alumna of the Women in Conflict 1325 Fellowship, Dilara views conflict as a point of entry for building more resilient social systems.
